Because we carry hundreds of videos and DVD's, there are probably some titles that you haven't heard of but may sound interesting in the synopsis printed in the catalog. With the wide-range of topics, themes and attitudes which are on display in these films, we cannot guarantee that every title is right for every person. As we will not accept returns for a film simply because you didn't like it, we ask that you be knowledgeable in your choices.
Q. Do your boxes say anything about adult videos?
A. All of our packages are very discreet. Brown boxes for UPS / FedEx
or ground packages, Red/White/Blue packages for Priority Mail shipments.

Q. What formats do you sell in?
A. All our videos are NTSC (U.S. standard) format. We do not offer PAL or other non-NTSC formats at this time.
Q. I am concerned about security on the Internet.
A.We are using servers which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for
Internet security. SSL provides the highest level of encryption allowable
using RSA Data Security. Using this technology will allow you to submit
orders without concerns of unauthorized people seeing your confidential
Q. Do I have to pay tax on purchases made from you?
If you live in the state of California, yes. 9.50% is the tax rate.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my
A. You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been reviewed
for completeness and accuracy. If an item is not in stock or is a special
order item, we will tell you in our email along with the anticipated delivery
date (when known). Delivery times depend entirely upon the shipping method
you choose. All delivery times are based upon when the package ships from
our warehouses, not from the date the order was submitted. Priority Mail
typically takes 2 to 3 business days on average. USPS Ground service takes
3 to 10 business days. Media Mail (the least expensive shipping method
for movies) is anywhere from 3 days in SoCal to 12 days cross country.
Q. How / when am I charged?
A. You are only charged for in-stock items when they are sent to you. If an item is temporarily out of stock ("back ordered"), you will not be charged until the item has arrived in our warehouse, and is being packaged for delivery to you. You do NOT need to re-order a back-ordered, out-of-stock, or "pre-booked" title. They will be automatically shipped to you when the item arrives in our warehouse. Pre-booked, back-ordered, and out-of-stock items (and their shipping fees) are not charged to you until after your item has been shipped from our warehouse.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Yes, but only when paid by check / money order on a US bank in US dollars.
We are not able to ship when paid by credit card due to possible seizure
of merchandise from customs. We do NOT guarantee delivery
of International shipments due to the possibility of customs seizures.
Q. I received a defective product. What do I
A. Contact customer service at 760-864-7410 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need your order number handy. Tell the customer service representative
what the problem is with the product, and we will ship a replacement to
you. In some cases, we will also include a prepaid return shipping label
for the defective product. Simply put the defective product into a brown
box, seal it, and apply the label. You can then give the package to your
letter carrier or drop it off at your local post office.
All defects must be reported to us within 15 days.
